- 1 cup (267g) peanut butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup (200g) sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ cup (100g) reese’s pieces
- 1 cup (136g) finely chopped reese’s peanut butter cups
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line two cookie sheets with Silpats or parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, egg, sugars, and baking soda using a mixer or by hand until combined. Stir in the Reese’s Pieces and chopped peanut butter cups.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared cookie sheets. Flatten each cookie gently with the tines of a fork.
- Bake cookies for 8 minutes. Let them cool for 15 minutes before removing from the sheets carefully.
Notes
These cookies can crumble easily; handle them with care during transfer.
Use a cookie scoop for uniform cookie sizes and even baking.
Allow to cool completely for better texture and flavor.
