Instructions
- Chill your mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Blend freeze-dried strawberries in a blender or food processor until powdered.
- In the chilled mixing bowl, combine strawberry powder, heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Start mixing on medium-low speed for 30 seconds, then switch to medium-high speed until stiff peaks form, about 1 additional minute.
- Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to one day.
Notes
Chilling the bowl helps achieve better whipped cream texture.
For extra flavor, you can adjust the vanilla extract to taste.
