- 1 cup (242g) Pumpkin Puree
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ⅓ cup (79ml) buttermilk
- 2 cups (248g) all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ cups (255g) chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a 9×5-inch or 8×4-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and pumpkin puree. Mix well.
- Add the eggs, pumpkin pie spice, salt, and baking soda to the mixture, stirring until combined.
- Incorporate the buttermilk and flour into the batter, mixing until smooth. Finally, stir in chocolate chips and pour the batter into the prepared pan, adding extra chips on top.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes, testing with a toothpick in the center. If it comes out clean, it's ready.
- Let it cool before removing from the pan. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days or freeze for one month.
