- ¼ cup (50 g) light brown sugar, packed

- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold, cubed
- 1 cup (125 g) confectioners’ sugar
- 3 to 4 tablespoons reserved peach syrup, or 2 to 3 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9×5-inch loaf pan with nonstick spray and line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla. Whisk until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix together all-purpose flour, baking powder, kosher salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in the diced peaches gently.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and set aside.
Notes
Using fresh peaches adds the best flavor, but canned peaches can be used if well-drained.
Ensure that ingredients like milk and egg are at room temperature for optimal mixing.
You can drizzle peach syrup or milk on top for added sweetness before serving.
