- 16 oz bag frozen peach slices, thawed
- 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup (100g) packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
- 2 3/4 cups (354g) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup (224g) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mash and smooth out the cream cheese with a fork.
- Mix in the granulated sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add in the egg and whisk until the mixture is creamy and well combined.
Notes
Ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easy mixing.
Peach slices can be substituted with fresh peaches or other fruits if desired.
