- ¾ cup (177 ml) water
- 4 tablespoons (56 g) salted butter
- 1 cup (236 ml) heavy cream, (very cold)
- 1 cup (125 g) powdered sugar, divided
- 8 oz (226 g) cream cheese, softened
- ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ batch homemade whipped cream, (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and granulated sugar. Stir in the melted butter until all crumbs are evenly moistened.

Notes
For a sweeter filling, adjust the sugar to taste.
Homemade whipped cream makes a great topping for this pie to enhance its taste.
Ensure the cream cheese is softened at room temperature for a smoother filling.
