  • 2 cups (16 fl oz/480 ml) heavy whipping cream
  • 1 recipe blueberry cheesecake topping, chilled
  • 5 cups (12 oz/340 g) angel food cake, cubed
  • 2 cups (16 oz/450 g) lemon curd, chilled


Instructions

  1. Whip the cream to soft peaks using a stand mixer or handheld mixer, then set aside.
  2. In a trifle dish, layer half of the blueberry topping, half of the angel food cake cubes, half of the lemon curd, and half of the whipped cream.
  3. Repeat the layering process to create a second layer.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to meld flavors.
  5. Serve chilled, optionally garnished with fresh blueberries and lemon slices.

Notes

For best flavor, prepare and refrigerate the trifle overnight.
This dessert is best enjoyed within 24 hours of assembly, but can last up to 2 days in the fridge.
