Ingredients

Scale
  • 5-6 ears fresh corn
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Place the trivet rack in the Instant Pot and pour in 1 cup of water.
  2. Remove the husks from the corn or keep them on and husk after cooking. Arrange 2-3 ears of corn in the pot, then layer 2-3 more corn ears over them, facing the opposite direction. Cut corn cobs in half to fit if necessary.
  3. Seal the Instant Pot lid and set the valve to sealing. Cook on Manual (High pressure) for 3 minutes. After cooking, quick release any remaining pressure and open the lid.
  4. Carefully remove the hot corn using tongs. Serve it warm with butter, salt, and pepper.

Notes

For added flavor, consider seasoning your corn with herbs or spices before serving.
If you enjoy a smoky flavor, try grilling the corn briefly after cooking in the Instant Pot.
