  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ teaspoon maple syrup
  • 2 large ripe mashed bananas
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients until they are well mixed.
  3. Using a tablespoon, drop scoops of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening them into cookie shapes.

Notes
