- 3 bananas
- 3 dark chocolate squares (1 oz)
- ¾ tsp coconut oil
- 4 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
Instructions
- Line a tray or plate with baking paper.
- Peel the bananas, cut each in half, then slice lengthwise into 4 pieces each.
- In a bowl, combine chocolate squares and coconut oil; microwave until melted, stirring until smooth.
- Spread about 1 teaspoon of peanut butter onto each banana slice.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the peanut butter on each slice.
- Sprinkle shredded coconut on top of the chocolate.
- Place the slices on the tray and freeze for 1–2 hours.
- Transfer the frozen pieces to containers and keep in the freezer.
- Allow to thaw for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a smoother chocolate drizzle, ensure all chunks are well melted and combined.
You can substitute creamy peanut butter if desired.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for longer freshness.
