Ingredients

  • 3 bananas
  • 3 dark chocolate squares (1 oz)
  • ¾ tsp coconut oil
  • 4 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut


Instructions

  1. Line a tray or plate with baking paper.
  2. Peel the bananas, cut each in half, then slice lengthwise into 4 pieces each.
  3. In a bowl, combine chocolate squares and coconut oil; microwave until melted, stirring until smooth.
  4. Spread about 1 teaspoon of peanut butter onto each banana slice.
  5. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the peanut butter on each slice.
  6. Sprinkle shredded coconut on top of the chocolate.
  7. Place the slices on the tray and freeze for 1–2 hours.
  8. Transfer the frozen pieces to containers and keep in the freezer.
  9. Allow to thaw for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For a smoother chocolate drizzle, ensure all chunks are well melted and combined.
You can substitute creamy peanut butter if desired.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for longer freshness.
