  • Yield 12 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 ounce box Strawberry Jell-O gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • ½ cup cold water
  • ½ cup vodka
  • 12 gummy eyeball candies

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl with a pour spout, combine the strawberry gelatin and boiling water. Whisk until completely dissolved.
  2. Mix in the cold water and vodka until well combined.
  3. Arrange 12 (2 ounce) jello shot cups on a rimmed tray to catch spills. Carefully pour the jello mixture into each cup, filling just to the rim, leaving about ⅛ inch space at the top.
  4. Refrigerate the jello shots for 1 to 1 ½ hours, or until partially set. Place one gummy eyeball on top of each shot.
  5. Return the tray to the refrigerator for another 1 ½ hours or overnight, allowing the shots to fully set. Once set, place lids on the cups for storage until ready to serve.

Notes

Ensure the boiling water is hot enough to fully dissolve the gelatin.
For a stronger drink, adjust the vodka amount as desired.
These shots can be made a day ahead for convenience.
