- 16 ounces white chocolate bark (almond bark)
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup miniature chocolate chips, divided
Instructions
- Prepare a large cookie sheet by covering it with parchment or wax paper; set aside.
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl according to package directions.
- In a large bowl, combine the melted white chocolate and peanut butter, stirring until smooth.
- Add the Rice Krispies, marshmallows, and half (1/2 cup) of the chocolate chips; mix well until everything is coated.
- Drop heaping tablespoons of the mixture onto the prepared cookie sheet and sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or until the cookies are firm and set.
Notes
Make sure to melt the white chocolate carefully to avoid burning.
These treats can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
