- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 4 ounces pineapple juice
Instructions
- Combine frozen pineapple chunks, vanilla ice cream, and pineapple juice in a blender.
- Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately to enjoy the freshness.
- For a decorative swirl, transfer the blended mixture to a piping bag with a 1M or star tip and pipe into a glass.
- To create a Dole Whip Float, add the blended mixture to a tall glass, pour 2 ounces of pineapple juice on top, and garnish with a cherry.
- For a Boozy Dole Whip Float, blend in 1 ounce of rum with the other ingredients, then serve with 2 extra ounces of pineapple juice and a cherry on top.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more ice cream or pineapple juice.
For a lighter version, use frozen yogurt instead of vanilla ice cream.
