Instructions

- In a clean bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the egg whites into the batter until no white streaks remain.
- Preheat a waffle iron and spray with cooking spray if needed.
- Pour the batter into the preheated waffle iron and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- Remove the waffles and keep warm while you repeat with the remaining batter.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding chocolate chips or berries to the batter.
