These Acorn Donut Holes are a delightful treat bursting with flavor and fun! With just a few ingredients, like glazed donut holes and melted chocolate, they are ideal for parties or a sweet snack.

Ingredients

  • 20 glazed donut holes
  • ¾ cup chocolate chips
  • 10-20 pretzel sticks
  • ¾ cup chocolate jimmies sprinkles


Instructions

  1. Snap pretzel sticks in half if they are long, so you only use 10.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring until smooth.
  3. Pour chocolate sprinkles into a separate bowl for dipping.
  4. Dip the top of each donut hole in the melted chocolate, scraping off the excess, then dip it in the sprinkles.
  5. Press a pretzel stick into the chocolate-covered end of each donut hole to create the stem.
  6. Place them on a parchment-lined tray and repeat the process with all the donut holes.
  7. Chill in the fridge or freezer for 5 minutes to set the chocolate, or enjoy immediately.

Notes

You can use any type of chocolate chips for variation.
Feel free to add other toppings like chopped nuts or different sprinkles.
These treat can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge.
