  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chopped peanuts


Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 or 9×9 inch square pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large glass microwave-safe bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips. Microwave on full power for 1 minute, then microwave in 10-second intervals if necessary until melted when stirred.
  3. Stir in the salt and vanilla extract until well mixed.
  4. Add the mini marshmallows and chopped peanuts, stirring to combine.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and spread it out evenly. Allow the fudge to set and cool completely, a minimum of 4-6 hours but preferably overnight.
  6. Once set, cut the fudge into squares and store in an airtight container at room temperature for 1-2 weeks.

Notes

Make sure to cool the fudge completely before cutting to ensure clean edges.
