Ingredients
Scale
- 24 pretzel rods
- 4 cups white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup pink candy melts
- 1/2 cup light blue candy melts
- 1/2 cup yellow candy melts
- pastel easter sprinkles
- 24 peeps bunnies
Instructions
- Line a cookie sheet or countertop with parchment or wax paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips for 1 minute, stirring after each 30-second increment until smooth. Pour the melted chocolate into a tall jar to ease dipping.
- Dip each pretzel rod ¾ of the way into the melted white chocolate, allowing excess to drip off before placing it on the parchment paper. Repeat for all rods.
- Melt colored candy melts in separate bowls according to package directions.
- Fill each color of melted candy melts into a ziplock bag, snip a small piece off the bottom corner to drizzle.
- Drizzle melted candy melts over the white chocolate portion of the pretzel rods and immediately add sprinkles on the wet drizzle.
- Use remaining melted candy melts or white chocolate to attach a Peep on the top of each pretzel rod.
- Let the pretzel rods set at room temperature for around 20 minutes before serving.
Notes
Make sure to fully melt the chocolate to ensure a smooth coating.
Feel free to mix and match Peep colors to create a festive look.
Store the pretzel rods in an airtight container to keep them fresh.
