Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400ºF and grease a muffin pan with butter.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, mozzarella cheese, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the softened unsalted butter to the dry ingredients and mix it with your fingertips until it turns crumbly.
- Incorporate the eggs and mix vigorously with a fork until a lumpy dough forms.
- Spoon about two tablespoons of the biscuit batter into each muffin tin slot.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Brush the tops of the biscuits with melted salted butter and serve warm.
