- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup cool whip, thawed (or whipped cream, stiff peaks)
- 1 package peach jello (dry)
- 1 package cook and serve vanilla pudding mix (dry)
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups canned peaches, sliced and drained
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Beat until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip until fully incorporated.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly into the bottom of the graham cracker crust.
Notes
You can use a homemade graham cracker crust for a fresher taste.
Make sure to drain the canned peaches well to prevent excess liquid in the pie.
