- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 16 ounces mini marshmallows
- ½ cup biscoff cookie creamy spread
- 6 cups rice krispies cereal
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat.
- Add in the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
- Remove the pan from the heat and mix in the biscoff cookie creamy spread until well combined.
- Stir in the rice krispies cereal until all the cereal is coated evenly.
- Spread the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan and press down firmly with a spatula.
- Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
Make sure to use mini marshmallows for a better texture.
You can switch the biscoff spread with other flavors if desired.
Store leftovers in an airtight container to keep them fresh.
